1 The Service

studio.fnerds.com is an AI-powered video studio that provides video dubbing, transcription, voiceover generation, voice cloning, audio isolation and social media publishing services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by fnerds.com (Germany).

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• If using on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3 Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to create, dub, transcribe and publish video content for lawful purposes. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

4 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to deliver the requested Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and process the content, including rights from any third parties featured in it.

We do not claim ownership of your processed outputs (dubbed videos, transcripts, synthesized audio). These belong to you.

5 Credits, Pricing & Payment

Services are paid for with Credits. Pricing, payment terms, refund policy and subscription details are set out in the Public Offer (Оферта), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6 Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available 99% of the time. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to factors outside our control (third-party APIs, infrastructure outages, etc.).

7 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, unused credits may be refunded per the Public Offer terms.

8 Intellectual Property of the Platform

The studio.fnerds.com platform, its AI models, design, software and branding are owned by fnerds.com and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

9 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated outputs may contain errors. We do not guarantee that dubbed or transcribed content will be perfectly accurate. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months. We exclude liability for indirect damages and third-party platform failures (e.g. Instagram, YouTube).

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 10 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law, with mandatory compliance with Russian consumer protection and personal data law for users in Russia. See the Public Offer for dispute resolution details.
